Kettering Quaker Meeting

A spiritual home in an uncertain world, where everyone is welcome.

We meet at our meeting house on Northall street, Kettering on Sundays at 10.30.

Our worship is unprogrammed, we meet together in silence listening for that still small voice of God within us. In the stillness it becomes a shared gathering, which can transcend our solitary experience of the silence. Arising from this gathering someone may sometimes be moved to speak, reflecting the deep spiritual feeling which has been created.

Our experience is that the Quaker Way affects the whole of our lives. It leads us, individually and together, to work towards a more just and peaceful world, and a sustainable lifestyle.

In sharing our simple, calm space with others we can provide support to local caring community work.

Quakers try their best to follow five steps to a better life and a better world.
Simplicity
Truth
Equality
Peace
Sustainability
